The website has several standard pages, describing the company.  profile of the staff, a contact Us page, which allows the user to input their name, telephone number and email address so a member of staff can get in touch with them. The user can also send an email to a particular memeber of staff, as each member of staff has their own email address, which is specified on the website.

There are several pages where the information changes often and this is reflected on the properties for rent and properties for sale pages. The website is updated automatically throught a script, which links an offline system to the website.  This saves time for the staff as they do not have to type the information in twice. Each time a property becomes available on the market, a member of staff, will press a button and the details of the property and an accompanying photograph is uploaded to the website. Similiarly, if a property is no longer available, it will automatically be removed from the website by a click of a button.
